1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how 24x7API Hub, a developer-API marketplace operated by latd groups ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the platform. The site is hosted on and served through infrastructure provided by our hosting partner 24x7host.com; further operating details are on the Contact page.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), referral code and account activity such as orders and notifications.
Payment data: when you pay we send the required billing details (name, email, order amount, currency) to our payment processors Razorpay and/or Cashfree. Card numbers and UPI credentials are entered on and stored by those providers — we never see or store full card details.
Usage data: gateway call logs per API key (endpoint, method, timestamp, response code, latency and IP address) so we can meter your plan, protect the platform and show you per-key analytics.
Source-code products: seller-uploaded ZIP package metadata, public standalone catalog details, purchase/license/entitlement records, download timestamps, IP address and browser user-agent are stored to deliver private downloads, prevent abuse, audit access and process refunds. Package files are kept in private storage and are not shared with unauthorised users.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser/device identifiers and cookies necessary for security and core operation.

3. How we use information

To operate your account, process orders and subscriptions, and deliver purchased API access and marketplace keys.
To enforce plan quotas, prevent fraud/abuse and keep the gateway secure (including rate limiting and abuse monitoring).
To pay sellers: seller name, balance and payout details (UPI/bank/PayPal) are used to process withdrawals you request.
To send service emails (receipts, subscription notices, webhooks are separate) and, with consent, marketing. Optional emails can be disabled from your preferences, while essential service messages remain enabled.

4. What we share and with whom

Payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree) receive order data to execute payments; their privacy policies apply to that processing.
Sellers see only what is needed for their listing (never your payment card data). Your gateway requests reach the seller's server through our proxy so they can serve you.
Service providers such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers act on our instructions.
Law enforcement: we disclose data where required by Indian law or a valid legal process.

We do not sell personal data. Referral bonuses and reviews identify you by the name you registered with.

5. Cookies and similar technology

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session authentication, security tokens and referral attribution). We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout require session cookies.

6. Data retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists and for legal/tax purposes afterwards (Indian tax law requires transaction records to be retained). Gateway usage logs are retained in aggregated form; webhook delivery logs are pruned automatically after 30 days; detailed source-download audit rows are pruned by the daily job after the configured retention window (365 days by default). Deleting an account removes its source entitlements and download audit rows where retention and legal requirements permit.

7. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed webhook payloads, server-side request validation and restricted access. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please also protect your login and API keys.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise these rights, email apisupport@24x7host.com. We respond within the period required by law. Where you request deletion we will close your account, stop renewals and delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

9. International and children

Our services are provided from India. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and the platform is intended for business users. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
