1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of 24x7API Hub ("the platform") — an online marketplace owned and operated by latd groups ("we", "our", "us") — where independent developers and businesses ("sellers") list Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs") and where customers ("buyers", "you") subscribe to and call those APIs through our gateway.

By creating an account, browsing, purchasing or using any part of the platform you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration details. One account may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraud or abuse, or that we reasonably believe put buyers, sellers or the platform at risk.

3. The marketplace model

Buyers purchase plans offered by sellers (free or paid, monthly/yearly). Paid purchases are processed online through our payment providers (Razorpay and/or Cashfree) in Indian Rupees (INR).
Gateway-proxied APIs: every API is called through our technical gateway. We check your authorised subscription, enforce the plan quota, forward the request to the seller's server and relay the response. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or legality of the underlying data.
Sellers set their listing details and proposed plans. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and we may reject or remove listings that violate these terms.

We act as a venue and a payment facilitator. The contract for the API service itself is between you and the seller; where the seller fails to deliver an API that is materially as described, our refund and dispute process in the Refunds & Cancellation policy applies.

4. Pricing, payment and auto-renewal

All prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A platform fee (commission) is deducted from seller proceeds as configured; it is never added to the price you see at checkout.

Your first payment activates your subscription immediately after payment confirmation.
If you enable auto-renew on a Razorpay recurring plan, your card/UPI mandate will be charged automatically at each period end until you cancel. You can pause or cancel auto-renew from My Subscriptions at any time before the next billing date.
Optional source-code products are one-time purchases separate from API access. They may be linked to a seller API or sold as standalone source products with no API subscription dependency. They are delivered as secure ZIP downloads after license acceptance and use the standard marketplace source license; seller-configured version/update rules are shown at checkout.
By deliberate default, source-code sales use the same commission, gateway surcharge, GST, wallet hold, seller payout, invoice, and refund policy as other marketplace sales. This policy may be updated before live source-code sales.
Coupons and promo codes are applied at checkout. A coupon covering 100% of the payable amount results in a free activation (no payment is sent to any gateway).
Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms shown with each offer.

5. Fair use of the gateway and API keys

You may call APIs only for your own permitted business use, within the rate limits of your plan (per minute, per day and per month). You must not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer for re-distribution, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the APIs or platform to break any law.

We monitor usage to protect sellers and the network. Plans that exceed their quota simply receive a quota error until the window resets; repeated abusive traffic may lead to suspension.

6. Sellers

By publishing an API you confirm that you own or are licensed to offer it, that your API does not infringe third-party rights, and that it does not expose unlawful content. Your listings, prices and changes are subject to review and approval by the platform (pricing governance).

Seller earnings accrue in your wallet after each confirmed sale (less the applicable platform commission). You may request a payout at any time above the minimum threshold; payouts are processed manually by the platform on approval. Fraudulent orders, chargebacks and refunds will be debited from your balance or future earnings.

Sellers retain ownership of their API and content; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and technically operate your listing for the purpose of this marketplace.

If you publish an optional source-code product, you certify that you have the rights to distribute the ZIP and that it contains no provider credentials, environment files, private keys, database dumps, logs, or private connection data. You must not use the source product to redistribute third-party material without the required rights; the package remains subject to moderation and may be disabled while an issue is investigated.

7. Reviews and content

Buyers may post reviews after purchasing. Reviews must be honest and must not contain personal data, spam or abuse. We moderate reviews and may remove content that breaches these rules. Sellers may not pay for or fabricate reviews.

8. Referrals and rewards

Referral bonuses are paid when your invitee registers through your link and completes a first paid purchase, and remain claimable only within the published window. Bonuses that do not qualify expire automatically. The platform may void bonuses obtained through self-referrals, fake accounts or abuse.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform, gateway and all listed APIs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that APIs are uninterrupted, error-free or that upstream sellers will remain operational.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability (including for the acts or omissions of third-party sellers and payment providers) is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account ends future renewals; amounts already paid are governed by the Refunds & Cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, at which point unused periods will be handled per our refund policy.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
